Watch Matt's story.
Matt is a strength and conditioning coach with a lifelong dedication to health and fitness. He is a certified Kettlebell Instructor by Steve Maxwell and Underground Strength Coach by Zach Even-Esh. Matt also is a CrossFit Level I Trainer focusing on foundational movements and methodology, and CrossFit Endurance Trainer dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance in sports. In addition, he was certified by USA Weightlifting as a sports performance coach.
Matt is experienced in training groups as well as working with individuals in a one-on-one setting and has expertise in determining strengths, weaknesses and fitness. He coaches and provides his clients with the most aggressive and proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition and athletic training protocols. Most importantly, Matt inspires clients to perform at their optimal level.
